PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Emerging knowledge of the neuropathology of MS and advances in neuroimaging have expanded treatment horizons in multiple sclerosis. It is estimated that within the next decade, the demands of a growing patient population may outstrip the number of professionals dedicated to the treatment of this lifelong chronic disease.
Now in its eleventh year the MS Mentorship Forum is a unique educational program designed for trainees who are interested in or have recently entered the field of MS practice. Participants will benefit from specialized training in MS from expert faculty members as well as discussions from peer mentors about networking and mentoring opportunities that will facilitate their successful advancement in their field of specialization. In addition to the Forum itself and throughout the Annual Meeting, more casual opportunities will be available to network with other attendees, faculty and guest speakers.
This Forum will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in conjunction with the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers (CMSC) in Charlotte, NC, May 27 to 29.
Forum participants will be provided:
- Complimentary registration for the CMSC Annual Meeting.
- Travel and hotel accommodation.
- All meals will start on Tuesday morning.
- Any additional costs incurred will be the personal responsibility of the scholar.
Approved Scholars must be available to attend events listed below:
- Tue, May 26 – Full-Day MS Mentorship Forum
- Wed, May 27 – Evening Scholar Reception
- Thu, May 28 – FCMSC Scholar Recognition Luncheon
*ELIGIBILITY:
