It is with deep sadness that we at the CMSC announce that our founder, CEO, friend and guiding star, June Halper, has passed away on July 24, 2024. Over the course of a remarkable 50 year career, June’s vision and sheer force of will brought together a team dedicated to making the lives of people living with MS better. The MS community and countless patients and their families are forever changed by her compassion, friendship and vision. We are heartbroken but determined to carry on her legacy.
The Foundation of the CMSC and the International Organization of Multiple Sclerosis Nurses (IOMSN) are dedicated to preserving June’s legacy of mentoring, educating, networking, and sharing with the MS Nurse community.
